Progress to attend Automechanika event in Dubai : 7th – 9th June 2011

Progress is pleased to announce attendance and a stand at Automotive Aftermarket trade fair by Automechanika at the Dubai International Convention Center in June. UK and Middle East staff will be showcasing WorkshopPro – the unique, award winning software solution which extends the capability of the Dealer Management System into the workshop.

Features such as electronic t-card, automated process for vehicle health check, technician clocking, customer service tools and inventory and key management, all help the dealer to run a more efficient, cost saving workshop. These innovative features are extended by unique reporting features which then allow the dealer to pinpoint sell-up and process improvement opportunities, thereby offering tangible return on investment. The communication facilities help to manage customer expectations and requirement meaning customer satisfaction is improved.

Following the opening of Progress Middle East Ltd. in 2010, Progress has been promoting the company’s WorkshopPro product across the region. Typically dealership sales and repair operations in the Middle East are much larger than in the UK, since each tends to cover much wider geographical areas. Therefore return on investment for the software can be seen in an even shorter time period than for customers in the UK. Progress WorkshopPro is currently implemented within a number of prestige dealerships including Behbehani which sells and services Porsche, Volkswagen, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Audi vehicles.
