Progress integrate eTag key management into WorkshopPro

October has been another extremely busy month for the developers at Progress, with a ream of changes being made to the WebBuilder content management system, and an important new integration for the Aftersales Workshop software, WorkshopPro.

Dealers using the eTag workshop key management system now have the added benefit of details appearing on the electronic TCard.

 The key benefit to Service staff is that they can now see where every service key and vehicle is located directly from WorkshopPro giving users up-to-date information, saving them time and improving customer communication as users are quickly able to direct users to their vehicle or locate the key.

Enabling this added time-saving functionality is easy enough for eTag users - a simple upgrade to the eTag software needs to be coordinated with their customer support desk (support@etagsolutions.com), and then Progress can set up the details in WorkshopPro to enable the TCard information.
