During the past years Progress has regularly distinguised itself with Awards and nominations from the Motor Industry.

2011

We are delighted to announce that one of our finalists, Katan Wara was awarded ‘Highly Commended’ as 'Service Advisor of the Year’ at the Motor Trader Awards 2011.  His excellent attitude to dealing with customers and going the extra mile to keep everyone happy has proven to be successful method of keeping customers coming back for more. His attention to detail impresses his customers and manages their expectations. He is very committed to the use of Progress WorkshopPro customer tracking software which enables all staff to have a clear view of the customer history; such as notes on conversations that have taken place and details of any issues and service / maintenance plans there are in place for the future of the vehicle. He also uses the automatic messaging systems available to him to ensure that wherever his customers are throughout the day, they are kept abreast of the vehicle service process so that that there are no unexpected surprises at the end of the day. This level of communication really builds an excellent relationship with customers, which gains trust and ultimately loyalty.’

2010

Peter Vardy wins "Aftersales Innovation" at Motor Trader Awards 2010 and credits the use of Progress WorkshopPro for their achievement.

Nominated for the 2010 Motor Trader Awards in the best website category for Eden Vauxhall.

Luxury motor group H.R. Owen Plc's website gets 'highly commended' in the 2010 Car Dealer Magazine Ewards

2009

In 2009 our website for Eden Vauxhall was Highly Commended at the AM Awards, narrowly missing out on winning the category.

Progress Insight (now WorkshopPro) was shortlisted for Product of the Year at the prestigous Annual Motor Trader Awards in 2009.

2008

Our software won 'Best Dealer Management Systems 2008' from the Institute of Transport Management.
