Customer Complaints
The complaints system is an integrated solution that makes everyone aware of the customers with outstanding complaints, and which customers have had a complaint in the past, that has since been resolved.
Once a complaint has been logged, it is possible to assign an owner, and highlight who is responsible for quality checking the vehicle before the complaint is closed. If the complaint is in letter format, the letter can be scanned and attached to the customer record.
