The concept is simple: via your website, your customers can directly book their vehicle into your workshop, and even request a loan car, valet or collection and delivery. Unlike some DMS systems, our WorkshopPro Aftersales product allows the passage of this information directly into your workshop, so the customer can book their car into the system and appear immediately on your loading screen. We can go further and offer an ‘Express Online Check-in’ facility, so service customers can verify and book their cars in days before they are due in – speeding up the arrival process on the morning of their service, whilst still promoting valets and other marketing messages via the check-in email.
