Automatic Flags
Progress Insight has a built in parameters that will automatically prompt the Service Advisor if the vehicle has been in the dealership within 30,60 or 90 days.
Once alerted to a potential problem, the Advisor can log the reason for the second visit. The vehicle is then flagged through the workshop, ensuring extra Quality Checks are undertaken so that costly customer complaints can be avoided.
System reporting then allows the management team to highlight areas of concern.
