Internal Messaging

The fully integrated message centre is a feature of Progress Insight, allowing users to communicate with one another.

The functionality includes:

  • Sending internal messages between users
  • Sending messages to external email addresses
  • Messages can be linked to workshop jobs
  • Customer SMS messages can be delivered into the system
  • User alerts when message is received
  • Visibility of whether your message has been opened yet
  • Ability to schedule delivery of a message for a specific time, such as a reminder to perform a task

The message centre provides a fully auditable trail of communication, and can be expanded for use throughout the dealership.
