Progress Insight has taken the manual T-Card concept and transformed it into an electronic T-Card board providing a familiar interface to service staff.

All team members are able to access live workshop progress and drill into individual customer detail at the click of a button.

Contoller T-Card

Workshop control is the hub of any Service department, with the controller board it is possible for anyone with the business to see which jobs are being worked on and which jobs have been stopped and why. Having this view means that Service Advisor are not constantly going to control to find out what is happening with vehicle and the controller is not constantly fielding questions allowing Service Advisors and Controllers to be at their work stations dealing with customers and answering calls.

Graphical Indicators

In addition to the summary information of Name, Registration and Tracker No, the Electronic T-Card interface also provides easy-to-read icons to provide further information to the user at a glance, including:

• Whether the customer has a history of complaints
• Courtesy Cars/Lifts/Collections & Deliverys/While you Waits
• Breakdowns
• Vehicle Health Check Status

 

T-Card Filters & Searchs

A number of drop downs and search boxes are immediately available so information can be quickly filtered and found.

Parts T-card Board

Allows the management of customer orders from initial order through to final supply highlighting Manufacturers Back Orders allowing Service to see at what stage the parts are at and for the customer to be contacted via text or email
