All records relating to a job are held in the system.  This is coupled with multiple search facilities to allow fast retrieval of job records.

Progress WorkshopPro has a fully auditable tracking system which allows Managers to monitor reception activity, highlighting potential risks within the business, jobs that are going to potentially be late, customers that have not be contacted for 4, 6 or 8 hours.

The Notes facility within Progress WorkshopPro keeps a complete record of all job status changes and communications with a customer.

This papertrail ensures that any user who is viewing the system can immediately see all contact with the customer, and so has a complete record of all issues relating to the job. In addition to this SMS messages can be sent directly to the customer from the system job card, and any replies replies from the customer are automatically added back to that job card.
