Electronic T-Card

The manual T-Card vehicle progress system, used worldwide in Aftersales departments, is proven and effective. Progress Insight has taken this concept and transformed it into an electronic T-Card board providing a familiar interface to service staff.

Contoller T-Card
Workshop control is the hub of any Service department, with the controller board it is possible for anyone with the business to see which jobs are being worked on and which jobs have been stopped and why. Having this view means that Service Advisor are not constantly going to control to find out what is happening with vehicle and the controller is not constantly fielding questions allowing Service Advisors and Controllers to be at their work stations dealing with customers and answering calls.
