Jardine Motors Group, listed number 9 in the Automotive Management Top 100 Dealer list, have recently launched their newly redeveloped used car locator website, produced by Progress Automotive Solutions here: Jardine Motors Group Used Car Locator The website features a massive 1700 vehicles at any one time, being sold across 54 retail outlets, covering prestige brands such as Aston Martin to the more volume led manufacturers such as Toyota and Volvo.

The new website offers the very latest technology; in association with leading software provider Codeweavers, the site offers hire purchase finance examples for nearly every car, as well as interactive customisable PCP (personal contract purchase) finance quotations available, which is a great research tool for browsers and a major timesaver for the dealership. ‘When customers come in to the showroom they already know what they can afford which is a huge help’ said David Rathband, Used Car Group Operations Manager for Jardine.

The cutting edge used car locator can be sorted by almost any customer requirement such as ‘reduced cars’ to ‘gearbox type’ or ‘fuel type’, as well as the opportunity to view Manager's special offers. These features are very user friendly and make it quick and easy for the customer to locate their next vehicle. The all important green credentials of any given vehicle are covered such as combined fuel consumption, vehicle tax cost and CO₂ omissions.

Other features on the website include ‘email a friend’, the ability to download and print specification PDFs, and a stored history of cars viewed for quick referral back to cars viewed. There is a tab for every model of car showing detailed manufacturer specifications and technical performance data, as well as all the fitted options available.
